Return & Refund Policy

At Ancient Courtyard, we prioritize product safety and integrity. Because our products are ingestible, we maintain a limited return policy designed to protect both our customers and product quality.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (7-Day Window)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken safety seal, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To process your request, please provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If approved, Ancient Courtyard will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Customers are responsible for safely packaging the item for return shipment. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

Standard Returns (Unopened Products – 15-Day Window)

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we only accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions: the product is unopened, the safety seal remains intact, the product is in its original packaging, and the return request is submitted within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival.

Rejected Returns

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be rejected. This includes products that are opened, damaged, missing original packaging, or otherwise not in acceptable condition. For safety and quality control reasons, rejected items will not be reshipped and may be discarded.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
